we both went from a stop, my buddy said we were going about 40mph when we passed the camera. My belt was slippin Bad. Havn't took it to a smooth enough road to see how fast it can go.

the gains of running an alternator far out weigh the negative. And opens a world of possibilities. One would be my fuel pump problem. Question, if you have a pulse fuel pump does it stop working when you go into boost? I would remedy it with a electric fuel pump with a fuel pressure regulator...

running the alternator would let me hook up an electric starter, fuel pump, gauge, ect...

I rethought it, and am going in a different direction, let me know what u think. We have decided to run a mini alternator of some kind and run a mechanical pump that is driven by an electric motor. So the block has a oil plug on each side, were going to pump the oil from one side of the block...

In the plans. Anyone have suggestions on oil pumps?

Thanks been working real hard, it coming together real nice. Once the jackshaft comes in the mail, I plann on hooking a oil pump to it, so I can Feed the turbo, and filter the oil. The engine is stock except for upgraded valvesprings.
