    Three of my school projects. The first two were done with tig. Open corner vertical and a vertical lap joint. Last image is of open corners done with flux core. Top and bottom flat position, middle horizontal position.

    Metal chair legs are very nice to use also.They usually have some pretty nice bends too. Made my tractor exhaust out of chair legs.

    I wonder how well that stuff would hold up in cold climates? I assume it would snap like a twig, but it might be some special stuff....

    Belt clutches are real easy to setup and maintain. I did it on my buggy and haven't had any problems yet.
