I thought the driver is the part I lube? Driver is the one with the weights in it right? Also here's my new setup installed. . New tc, chain, brake band, brakes still don't stop very good though

ok so i lube the driver with dry lube... what part of the driver do i lube? just the bushing?

Please help. .. what tool do I need to take a c clip off the tc it's like a c an has two tiny holes in it . What's that tool called

will 3 burn up quicker?

also on the tc theres 3 holes for the spring ive heard ... whats the best setting for trail riding that has hills ?

no the belt was on right i checked when i first put it on . what oil does everyone use to lube the tc ???? and what parts need the lube? where can i get the lube needed? also how much oil does it hold?

so i cleaned the driver of my comet . parts now move/slide freely.... tomorrow my new tc kit comes but before i open it want to see if this fixes the issues im having ... when i installed the new belt it was tight with little slack . after hour so riding the belt stretched i guess bc i can now...

tomorrow ill take off the cable and measure it ... and sites besides bmi that sell 4" bands and drums you can refer me to?

yeah i have that manual but also stated by bmikarts during the 3203 model they switched mid model from 4" to 6" brakes my kart is the beginning of the model run ... weird i know ... so thats what confuses me ... wish this was a spiderbox instead of a 3203 lol

after researching little deeper i think im going to take the cable off and measure it . bmi sells 18", 19" and up so long as the measurements are same i believe it should work .. i hope lol .... also bmi is out of stock on the 4" drums can someone recomend another site that sells 4" brake drums...

im looking at bmikarts . is there a special brake cable size i need ? or do i cut and crimp to size i need ? .. sorry for so many questions like i said i know nothing about gokarts just trying to get this running and safe for my kids to ride

so ill buy a new cable ... what bout the brake band ? im getting a 4" drum im guess bc thats whats on it .. do i need 4" band or 4.2" band?

my TC might be good if you look in the first pic the brass ring the belt sits on doesnt slide,move,spin. nothing .. doesnt even move at all so with that being said i think with it not sliding further back and being rusted in place im thinking its not allowing the belt/clutch to fully engage and...

can you post a pic . i have a yerf dog with tec power sport 6.5 ooh65 can cant find this plug.
