take the cover off above the recoil,two philips screws,the idle is behind the rubber tube thing that gose into the air cleaner,you can get a screwdriver in there and turn it counter clockwise to lower idle..if you still have govener ,it will surge if you go to low with idle.

Looking to restore/Mod my manco Deuce.so Anyone here have one they tricked out ? Also looking for new shocks..originals are no longer available so any help would be appreciated.thanks

this is more of a question than an aswer to your question,you say you replaced the shocks..what did you replace them with and were did you get them ? i need new shocks on mine and didnt know where to find them,,the ones from manco are disscontinued.
