I got a Kart off CL and need to get a new rear axle but am having a hard time finding out what I need. The kart came with 6" steel wheels with hubs. One side was 1" and the other was about 3/4" with bearings. So it was a live axle setup but one side had bearings so basically a one wheel drive...

I picked up a kart off CL to get together for Xmas. It is set up for a live axle in the rear. My kids will be just driving it in the Ct. we live on and turning around on the street. Will the live axle set up be ok for just road use and tight turns?
