I have the 90 amp harbor freight welder now. Im looking to upgrade. I found a pretty new Cornwell 140 inverter mig welder for sale and I can get it for 350. Same price has a titanium flux core. which one would be better

I have a go kart with a centrifugal clutch and I want to upgrade to a tq. IT has a standard predator 212. When the tq is on it the sprocket doesn't align. And I cant move the sprocket closer on the axle. Is the only was I can make this work is by cutting and re-welding the engine plate?
