The jackshaft idea is an interesting one but the reason i need one is becouse my engine shaft is on the left and my sprocket is on the right side, i was going to use the jackshaft to transfer power.

After much searching of the nets I found it listed in a parts book and it's 2:1 gear reduction...its also a clutch...engages 1800 rpm and locks at 2300, its worth $225, prolly going to sell them for $100
