Will getting new shocks/ springs for front end help prevent the tires going inward when a heavier person gets on but still fits in the seats??

when we get into the driver's seat, the front two tires go inward / \ why's that and how can I adjust that? Thanks. Also, when stearing, it takes very little effort for it to want to go to the sides, not able to swerve and it take wide turns.

So I ended up buying a longer bolt for the ring that holds the loop of the throttle cable and now it works like it's suppose to. Thanks everyone.

Maybe i need a longer bolt?
