Itsid mentioned "the cam is obviously not resting against the buttons, so it needs to be preloaded again," How do I go about doing that?

I decided to go with option1-parts came in today. My other go kart is a centrifugal clutch to a sprocket on the axle...is that a jackshaft as well? Any words of wisdom putting this all back together?

Thank you all. I just got the motor on and I'm reading through the comments wondering if I'm in over my head. I'm assuming the driven is the silver part still attached to the kart?

I picked up this carter kart frame yesterday and I'm not familiar with this type of clutch. I have a predator 212 engine for it. Can someone please help me figure out what I need to get this kart running?
