    and so it begins......

I've seen so much build starting from the front, some amazing build ! If you have a plan or a good idea of what you're doing it's not a problem at all. See some AR51 build for example here: http://www.minibuggy.net/forum/ar51-buggy-group/18590-marks-busa-ar51-build.html...

    Two seater buggy build, wicked!

We'll see, these stamped bearing are rated for 1000lbs of dynamic load capacity. A casted one would take about 2600lbs. I saw some jackshaft made with flange mounted stamped bearing, witch take the same dynamic load as base mounted like mine. How much load do you think the chain is applying...

    1. it is impossible for the swingarm to hit the jackshaft unless it smashes the shocks and raised so high that the floor of the buggy would almost hit the ground. 2. thats right the chain will take a little loose when swingarm moves up, but i wonder how much, maybe it will not be a big issue...

Of course i will not let the fuel line rest on the exhaust. I will turn the engine and see if i need to switch the fuel tank to the other side too. Maybe it will be ok if i only reroute the fuel line Thank you

A chance i posted progress before continuing the setup too far! thanks for catch Do you think the exhaust will be too hot for the fuel tank? cause it will sit right over it when turned around
