    Not in the recoil assembly, in the flywheel "before" installing the recoil assembly.

    Did you remember to put the key stock back in place when installing the pull starter? Papa P.

    Did you adjust the valves with the piston at top dead center on the compression stroke? Did you use a feeler gauge to set the gap properly? Papa P.
