Welcome to the forum. From your post, I assume it's brand new. Probably has lots of features and capabilities, and plenty of wiring. From past experiences ( not mine ) but reading about problems from others, keep the kart out of the weather when not in use, and when cleaning it, use dry rags...

Post the picture with the belt removed. That part is important.

Get the rotary or comet belt. Also please post a picture from above of your driver and the driven ( also from the rear ) so we can see the alignment of the two clutches. On the 30 series, alignment has to be almost perfect. Misaligned clutches causes premature belt wear on an awful lot of karts...

Except when you want a good tap that performs as it should. Honestly though I am a bit biased. Not too long ago I was gifted a " Snap On " tap and die set, SAE & Metric. I doubt that I could have afforded it new. The few I have used cut perfectly.

What is the price difference between that and the ( real deal ) ARC rod? You could always buy some ARP bolts ( like the ones you get from ARC.) That is where a lot of the strength comes from. Regardless, it's got to be a lot better than the stock setup.
