Another couple Dingo 285 questions. I've a new axle, brake drum, and key for my kart. Brake drum has no retaining screw... it just floats back and forth. Assume that the fingers on the brake band are supposed to keep this sucker from walking off to the side? Drawing for 285 shows no retaining...
