Ok, this looks like a pretty good idea. Is it still working out?

I finally got back to the Kart and I was able to move the axle sprocket over *just* enough to get it to line up pretty closely, but I thought the same thing. Considering putting a washer or washers behind the sprocket to slide it over the final 1/8”.

Having a similar issue with the chain breaking. The sprocket on the axel seems to be shifted slightly away from the drive sprocket above. Is there a way to adjust the sprocket hub on the axel left or right? I see the bolt which I presume is holding it in place. I’m not able to get to the kart to...
