    I need mini chopper angles

I just drew a frame that pleased me and measured the angles on the drawing.

    wreck go kart today

Same thing happened to us. When grandson smashed the front end of an old go kart, his cheapo Wal-Mart bike got sacrificed.

please details on how to put the back tire up

I'll try to help, but please concentrate on using sentences. Damn! The picture you referenced is a live axle. You'll need an axle (with a keyway) that is the same size as your bearings and your hub. This is typically 1". You'll need to match the sprocket and brake rotor to that size axle...

    Harbor freight throttle stuck!

If you have an engine that wasn't specifically designed for go kart use, you won't have the right type of throttle. The proper throttles are called RV or spring loaded remote throttles. If you have a friction throttle, you'll have to fabricate something that works.

    Here's My Mini Chopper

Mine does have limitations. 7/8" is the largest round I can bend, and I'll probably never use the smaller sizes. So basically, I bought mine just to be able to bend 7/8" round tubing. Although the bender is sold by Northern Tools, I bought mine from Woodward Fab, after seeing one used on an...

    back pressure

There is one universal truth about engines and open exhaust. It will sound cool. In terms of performance, there are many contributing factors, and not all engines respond the same way. Some will have improved performance and others will have decreased performance. You will be decreasing the...

    Here's My Mini Chopper

Used 14 gauge (.083 wall) and it was no problem to bend. The bender is very sturdy and I wasn't worried about breaking it. I built a fixture that the bender is bolted to. The fixture fits into the hitch receiver on my truck and I bend in the vertical plane.

    Here's My Mini Chopper

The bike handles well for the youngster. This video is of him when he was 8. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPfng7NY5sQ I drew the frame to scale using the known size of the wheels/tires. Then I measured angles and distances (I used a CAD program). Then I bent the 7/8" tubing with a...

Northern Tools sells everything you need, assuming you are using 7/8" tubing for your handlebars.

    Here's My Mini Chopper

Not that I recall. My son-in-law took care of that part of the deal. I guess you are talking about the fuel line part. The actual mounting of the gas tank was easy. We just welded a couple of u-bolts in the slot under the tank and dropped it over the backbone and bolted it up. I bought two...

    Here's My Mini Chopper

16.5" with a 60 tooth. In its first incarnation, it had a 18.5" rear tire and a GY6 (clone) engine with CVT. My grandson wanted to ride but it was way too fast, so we converted to the Tecumseh with the current set-up. I like it better now. It looks and sounds better, although it is not as...
