What's a good recommended PSI for slick tires driving on asphalt and concrete?

How long would a set of tires, in general, would last in the summer time vs. winter time?

I currently have 5" tri-star wheels. I was wondering do these fit all 5" tires or would i have to buy a specific wheel to fit other 5" tires?

I'm looking to buy new slick tires for my go kart and I was wondering what's the difference between regular slick and carlisle slick?

How do you install the kill switch to the harbor freight 6.5hp engine? I'm a newbie to building karts.
