New Improved centrifugal clutch dual spring tension
Thats right the clutch is a redesigned better than ever no noisy flywheel decibals and the shock is weakened from a car so 1/5 as strong as compared to a new one....

yeah the junk welded is a bunch of spacers .... and the spring that i have yet to put on and align so the bearing axis turns at a strait perpendicular way w/ the rest of the sprockets/chain i will have to hook up a square bracket on the back side of the chain tensioner sprocket so the spring...
smooth ride suspensions - no shaking engline everytime you hit a bump

New Dynamic Tensioner Suspension! New improved clutch Design! The real Deal
clearly you see failed engineering in the form of a inadequate clutch, i defiently improved the design by welding half cut out round stock and centered the fly wheel so it makes zero noise while idling...pour as much...
what oil for what the bearing? because the flywheel gets hot? it wont when riding and the flywheel won't touch the clutch when idleing... maybe it will get hot scraping from a tough gear ratio made for 40mph plus but.... no need for oil if its going...
sooo i push welded puddles into the round stock
why b/c i won't make a jackshaft? you don't need to make a jack shaft every single time... i know i could w/ all the snowblower gear boxes i have lying around for free!... but as cars use tensioners so will I! .... oh and i need a longer chain or...
incredible solution
used all purpose apoxy... dries really clear and gave the positive air respirator mask tubes strong bonds... $10 mask... $11 tubes, $6 fan and a mountain dew bottle you can weld w/ focusing on smoke from flux or spray paint burning off....
:smiley_omg:
i switched welding sticks from the medium to double the size j422 to produce stronger
the clutch i edited is stronger and better in every way, round cut in half quarter stock give a rounded perforation welding on both sides(using medium size sticks) keeping the portable flywheel balanced design...
I undestand the chain tensioner isn't on the slack part so i cut it last night and moved it.... and i make another sprocket gear to bring the chain out to install the tensioner mechanism on the slack part not on the power stroke part...i will have pics up soon...
I understand the jackshaft...
yeah well.... to make sure theres no slack you put 2 tensioners on both sides... i know they don't do that anywhere else ... usually 1 or no tensioners although cars just have timing belt/chain for the cam's synchonization and doesn't transfer any power... it's going to be funny to see the...
instead of moving the motor and stuff
:iagree:
i considered just modifying a bar that the chain may rub on from the "slack" AND add supports to support the coil springs contraction. In additional adding another much smaller sprocket tensioner mechanism because i have the parts from a...
I didn't have room for the tensioner in the inside b/c of how far the spring lowers
Maybe i can set up a set of gears on "slack" part of the chain... I do have a-lot of extra sprockets ... but will have to probably move the engine towards the back to have room for the tensioner on the...
fair enough i'll explain
this is how it's going to work i guess... when you press on the gas the suspension is going to go down as the clutch opened against the pressure plate letting all stress off the bearing... the bearing welded is there just for noise reduction and when you let off the gas...
