Just wondering where the water is coming from. The hose runs from the top of the head to the air box then to that connector.

So my bother gave me a go cart a few months back. Iv replaced a lot on it but I have a few questions. What engine is this? I think it’s a 250. It tops out at 41mph any mods to make it go faster? Main question is the engine. Muffle broke but that’s only thing wrong with it so far.
