The motor works pretty fine starts up and runs good. It pulls me around somewhere between 15-20mph. I am only 145lbs, with Heavier people it slows down. It also doesn't like any hills even with me I was thinking of going for something bigger, try get more speed and able to do hills easier

its not a bike but it does have 2 wheels. its a motorized scooter. i was wondering if anyone has any knowledge on what it takes to swap one of these motors out. could you use a motor from stuff like line trimmers, or back pack blowers? or what kind of engines could you use?

i felt that i had the nut on there snug, it definately was not putting pressure onto the bearing causing the tire to not spin. maybe i had it too loose. it was just a hex nut on a bolt, i didnt use locking nuts or cotter pins. would using a jam nut do a good job at keeping the first nut in place?

I do have a compressor and spray gun and a bit of experience. i just dont know what type of paint i should use. not so much what brand, but what kind, oil based, latex etc. could i pick up some paint from a place like lowes or home depot and use that? dont feel like using rattle cans
