This was a project we started last year. Maxing out some 150cc buggies with some serious engine swaps.

The variator and pully look just like the setups on on all Cy6 tyoe engines. That setup is an easy repair. Check with the someof the people on Buggynews oe buggydepot and I'm sure you can pick up some parts easy.

This is so true, I've seen it happen on many forums. Most of the time it's because someone hits a roadblock during the build and just gets pissed off. With all the buggy forum communities out their it's so easy to get tips and tricks to finish a good build.

Don't know if your still planning on your build but if you are you quickest build will be to use a snowmobile motor.
I've buillt with motorcycle engines, buggy engines, industrial motors and the 2 strokes you find on many sleds.

Hello everyone, Just found your forum and thought I might look around a bit.
Based on the slow load speed I'm guessing it's a pretty active forum.
