    3HP Flywheel

Just a quick question. Im using a 3hp ic briggs for a bike project. The engine has a cast iron flywheel. Would this be suitable for the bike given that the engine came off a cement mixer or would it be best change it to an aluminum one? Thanks

how do you seat a tire bead?

Soap around the rim of the tire, then get somebody to press the tire against the actual rim and blow it up with an air compressor. Try putting pressure on both sides equally.

    "D" Battery Idea

You would save money in the long run by buying a decent rechargeable Lead acid or the sort. You will be broke buying those D batteries and the rechargeable ones are 3 times as expensive as normal. Not to mention the hassle involved in wiring them altogether. Cant imagine it would be all that...

Im sorry man, but I cant see this ending good.... where you extended the swingarm to where it is now is a major weak point.
