Regarding the HF clone engine, it looks like the rewind would need to be turned either 90 or 180 so it pullls out the back. Is that correct? Also does it require any modification to get the throttle hooked up? Thanks

I think I have made the same mistake. What do I look for? I have a comet driven with a 5/8 hole and it is assymmetrical. I assumed it was 20 series. It was original equipment on a yerf dog 3203. By the way I'm looking for a driver for this set up, with a 3/4 hole.

You need a #72 drill bit. You should be able to buy one at a hardware store. You don't need to buy an entire set.

There's a fuse box under the hood, next to the battery. Check fuse #21, it should be a 20 amp fuse. If that's ok there's a wire that goes from starter to the alt. it's black. Somewhere on that wire there is a fusable link, make sure that did'nt get smoked. Let me know if this helps. P.S. This...

I had my buddy take these pics. I think his techneque with the caliper is a bit off. I measured the OD the other day and it IS 1.125. But the rest is close enough for what we're trying to do here.
