I've got a couple of pictures for now and will get some up to date progress on here soon! I now have the front wishbones done and the wheel hubs on so will get some more pics taken asap!

Thanks for taking the time to show me this - could you work out a final cost for it all shipped to me - i'm in the UK though and don't know how much shipping would be - all i know is it's real expensive to send heavy stuff out of the UK! Would be nice to use the Ody stuff as looking through...

This weekends progress: We managed to bend the top half of the frame and tack it together! It's now looking more like a buggy, even though I knew the dimensions it still looks huge!

Cheers! Its only a hydraulic bender but I can now get perfect 90 degree bends from it without any kinking after filling the pipe with really fine sand.

I also put together the rear base that the engine will sit on but i think i'm going to have to shorten the whole thing as it's a tiny bit too long...

This weekends efforts were bending the base of the frame and creating an engine mount:

Here's my entry for the Build Off - I bought some bits and pieces for it a few weeks ago but this should give me the push to get it done! Spent all this weekend building the frame and will add pictures of progress shortly! Jason

Thanks for this, I understand your concerns but it isn't just me doing it - actually my step father who used to manufacture motorbikes many moons ago is helping me. I'm just trying to do the research and gain a full understanding so that when I go into this project it's safe and properly done!

Anybody any clues? I was told an inch and a quarter would be good but what thickness!?

Is there any chance of some larger images? This is a similar type of thing to what we are currently building and would really help if you could! Cheers, Jason.
