More Steering I used a bronze bushing in a steel sleeve to help the steering shaft with a smooth operation and it will be replaceable as it wears out. I got the steering shaft from MFG Supply and used a 5/8 I.D. 3/4 O.D. bushing. The set up work better than I thought it would! I got the Seat...

I think the "bumper" is a weight to keep the front end down. The last motor on it was a motorcycle engine.
