    got the jack shafts figured out, turned the original sprocket hub down to fit my new sprocket, and worked alittle on the axle carrier. need to finish up the swing arm, mount rear shocks, and get chains and one more 12t sprocket and hub (tsc only had one in stock)

    It's rated stock 116hp. This one has v-force reefs and cages, and ill be tweaking it alittle hear and there so probably around 120. #50 and 530 are the same size chain. Alot of street bikes/quads/dortbikes use 520. I think 530 will be more than enough. I had an 01 gsxr750 motor that made 110hp...

    Sprockets and jack shafts are ordered, pillow blocks came in yesterday. I'm working on turning a water neck for the radiator now.

    Thanks I'm really having fun with it. I just bought a bunch of shop tools including a south bend 9x36 metal lathe so that should make things interesting lol

    welded tabs on the rad for the shroud and fan, and got rad mounted to the cage.

    It will just be a starting point. Ill interchange the axle sprocket to fine tune it
