Ok great thank you. As far as the above (white) motor running I'm not sure. I have yet to try and turn it over. Its been sitting in the weather for an unknown period of time. Also the cover for the pull start was off. My guess is that the starter cable return spring is broken. Out of curiosity...

Do you mean like this one? This is on an old Roto-tiller that was at the house I purchased. The engine is a 5hp B&S. This should bolt right onto the engine I have mounted on the kart. As a plus, I have a NIB filter basket for the above carb and I don't think there is as much rust in the above...

So the kart I got (for free mind you) was missing some parts from the carb. Namely its missing the appropriate parts for the throttle linkage as well as the filter basket. I was able to start the engine but could only keep it running by controlling the vacuum on the carb inlet w/ my hand. So...

Its a single seater w/ an adjustable seat (moves forward and back like a car). The tires are all in good shape. It has a 5hp B&S engine. I need to rebuild the carb, replace the brake, run a new throttle cable, and build a chain. I'll get a picture of it in a bit.
