What if I had tires 13" tall instead?

I haven't bought a clutch yet..I'm going to use a 6.5 predator engine..axle sprocket has 60 teeth and is #40..tires are 16.5 in tall..will be driving on flat tracks mainly..I am the driver and am about 240lbs..

So i see you can buy replacement sprockets for your centrifugal clutches and what i am wondering is can you get them in larger sizes...or should i just leave it alone

lol that's not the axle, i just used it to get an idea how wide i wanted to go...its just rebar. I ordered a 1" axle and put it on last week
