Thanks, My brother bought it for the quad engine that was in it and that was all he wanted so it has just been sitting around and I thought I would put it to use. I want to make it a full front/rear suspension kart but not sure about how to do the front. any ideas?

Okay I have a older Skidoo 377 f/c that I want to build a kart around. I plan on using as much of the snowmobile drivetrain as possible. and was just wondering what the best way to do this would be? Would 1" thick tube steel be thick enough for a frame? I am new to karts but am pretty big into...
