got the switch working had to swap the solid green wire and the yellow red wire yay!!!

its not an o2 sensor and i dont believe it has an ecu. a fuel cut silinoed sounds about right the parts manual says its a by starter assmbley auto, if that help any. would that be the reason u wouldnt get fuel to the carb? i think using 2 switches is what im going with. ill post an update...

ive cleaned the carb, the needle was stuck. it wasnt durty just old gas, the kart hasnt been run that much it just sat for 2 yrs with no gas cap.as far as carb cleaner i usually soak the bad ones( on cars) in kerosene over night and it will usually free everything up, if not take it apart and...

i picked up a carter talon for free, just needs fuel system gone through and the starter switch changed out( its missing)
