ya someone welded that plate on in the middle. and extreamly bad weld i might add lol.

I knew there was something fishy! and someone welded an extra plate in the middle. but its a crap weld job and should come off with a little help from an angle grinder. so the real question is.. is it worth trying to breath life into?

Ok so this guy was giving away this kart. It need am engine and it doesn't look all that bad. The thing is he doesn't know why kind of engine it had become this is how he got it. I'm looking for all imputed and advice on how to bring this guy back to life. What kind of kart it is, what kind of...
