Yeah that's cool the frame is made of 50x50mm square tube with a fairly decent wall thickness I built it overkill if there is such a thing. I forgot to add it has a straight pipe to.

Is there any other parts I am missing for a simple safe governor removal??

all of the wheels i have been looking at have had bearing which means i cant cut a key way or dont have bearing but need a 30mm axle which is hard to find unless you want to spent like $100 bucks on a racing kart one

So if i use the 8" glass filled nylon wheels what size sprockets will i have to use. Also the only glass filled nylon wheels i have been able to find need to have a 30mm axle diameter which i have been having trouble to find not to mension sprocket hubs ect.

What do you mean when you say Full lockup? Sorry if thats a kind of silly question

what size sprockets will i need and how fast do you think i will be able to go??? sorry im a bit of a noob at this
