Guys, I've got a 5/8" steel rod, 5/8" collars, two 5/8" spindles and two 5/8" hubs. The collars slide w/o effort over the rod and the spindles. The hubs slide over the spindle w/o effort. But the hubs *don't* slide over the 5/8" steel rod w/o effort. I would have to tap them on with a hammer...
