I'm pretty sure I just an external removal, I bought the engine with out it and It worked just fine when I got it. The throttle linkage looks gehtto but it work perfectly fine

I just recently built predator 212cc db30 and I'm having an issue with my engine. It idles just fine but I can only do 3/4 throttle or elst it dies after i go full and it won't start back up for a while. I've checked my spark plug and wire just to make sure but there just fine, it's a brand new...
