Well thanks everyone for the help. Got the kart running just in time for Christmas and the boys loved it so much the first 20 minutes into riding it they crashes into a tree and bent the front rim slightly. All I know is I don't remember the kart I rode on as a kid going that fast...........man...

I had to make the part. I also had to run the spring from the governor to the place on the engine. Now the kart will start and run without having to feather the throttle. Its still not running 100% so think we are going to have to take it to a small engine shop to get it tuned up..........thanks...
