Are washing machine motors dc? I don't think I'd want an ac motor due to the ineficiency of going from dc to ac how fast could a 200lb adult go with the motor from an electric scooter? If I were to build one I'd want to go at least in the 30s

That's a 3 phase motor. They run on 240 or 480 vac. 3 phase is much different than typical single phase in a house. You wouldn't even be able to run it in your home. I definitely do not reccomend it. Even if you could get it to run it would suck way too much battery power
