The running cart has a lot of repair/welding on the swing arm. The non running cart has grease fittings on the spindles. Other than that they are pretty much the same. I'm going to install a HF 212 and some kind of TC stock if I can find it without spending a fortune. I hoping this thread will...

I just went online to HF. I used their listed coupon, which did mention the predator was not eligible...and bought it with the discount. $15 for tax and shipping but still a few bucks cheaper and delivered to the house.
