Well 2 out of 3 isn't too bad. (Time and patience..)
Most of these projects have parts from the
scrap bin. Like to see what I can do on
the cheap.

Here is the mounting surface of the pulley / brake assy.
Since the pulley was broken, I have already turned the
damaged part off the hub and plan to use a blank
Sprocket (not to exceed 9") drilled to match the existing drum

Fun karts sprocket and belt
Here is a quick shot of the sprocket area. After searching for the sprocket, the gokart type and the manufacturer
to no avail, I figured that I was on my own for a fix. Just thought
I would check here ..
Came across a "Fun Karts" nascar bodied parade kart. It has/ had a belt drive system using a centrifugal clutch on the motor and a cogged sheeve/pully on the tire. While it is mostly complete, its missing the belt and the pulley is cracked missing chunks. Where can I find replacements...
