Anyone in the Orlando area with a sandblaster? We have yerf dog frame that is very rough and I am not sure if it is salvageable

Anyone have any experience making replacement brake and throttle cables for a yerf dog? The replacement cables are a little steep for my boys budget.

You can always hardwire a motorcycle or lawn tractor battery to the power wheels and yse a trickle charge to charge. That's what I did with my boys power wheels years ago. Now they are 10 and 11 and graduated to working on their own yerfdogs

I have employed a lock washer and used the lock-tite bolt still works itself out once a ride.

How am I supposed to torque down the driver bolt on a tav2 copy converter? I thought I was doing it proper but the bolt works its way loose. The kit did not come with a bolt or washer and I am using a fender washer. I looked on a diagram and it shows a pilot washer. Where can I find one if...

Oh yeah. The housing for the driver kept coming off

Apparently the jack shaft mount was cut down by the previous owner. After awhile the torque was too much and the driven was pulled into the chain. The belt got a little torn up as well

Hi. New to the group. My boys and I are working on a yerf dog 3203 together. We just got a tav2 repo from ebay and are trying to put it on a predator 212 engine. The back plate is not fitting flush with the engine mount. Do I modify the backer plate to make it fit. Anyone have any experience...
