Thanks for the responses. Sorry if the question was too vague. I thought that might be a common symptom to a common issue. With a typical centrifugal (sp?) clutch, if the kart starts moving forward as soon as the engine is running, I thought that's a sign of a clutch that's worn out. I guess...
