Big wheel fat cat 3 wheeler conversion

I have an 200x 3 wheeler. I want to convert to a big wheel. Can anyone tell how they make these back wheels? Need to be strong for severe duty. any tips

Here is another conversion but with a little three wheeler

How would you make this wheel? I can figure out the swing arm but the wheel is stumping me. Granted this is the first place I asked. Still need to look into the wheel more. A guy used to sell the kits. You can find them on ebay for about 1500 or so but still very very rare kit. DIY is always cheaper and my way.

Any tips amd making this wheel or finding another wheel aplication that might work?

Brakes also???????

This thing looks like a kick in the *** and fun to ride. I want one.

the second picture it has a sand padle on it and im pretty sure you just get a big fat wheel and a big fat tire and throw it on there!

what size are the tires on it now?

Well I was thinking more about the chain drive procket on the back wheel?

I want rear brakes also.

Big wheels are kinda rare in general because they are only good in sand from what I've heard. I would try finding a wrecked big wheel bike of some sort(did Honda make one?) and adapting the swing arm.

I would have fun on this bike no matter where I ride it. But yah I would be in the dunes.

The last big wheel conversion you pictured used a 1" axle on bearings... this means he used a standard 8x7 rim, wheel, then most likely used any generic 1" sprocket mount, and often times people mount the brake caliper to the sprocket if space permits!

Oh it's all coming to me now. I will be in bed for hours trying to get to sleep with ideas poping in my head. Then I will be dreaming axles,sprockets and jack shafts.
