Hello all! This is my first post to this site. Looks like lots of fun being had here. Here are some pics of my first kart.
Here's the short of it. Had an old Suzuki 4 wheeler, used the wheels and suspension from it and I built the frame. The engine is from a 1989 Honda CBR600 motorcycle. 93 horsepower. I chuckle every time I say that out loud. I have been working on it pretty solid for several weeks now and plan to be finished in the next few days. The kart starts and runs, just needs brakes and a chain tensioner put together. Yes, the ducks will stay and will get red LED's in the eyes. Just thought I would share my progress. Thanks, Noel

that exhaust conduit smoothe on the inside? probably kills a little of the power, but not much at 93hp.

has a pretty high center of gravity and small wheel track. wear your harness!

Swingarm? don't see a chain running to the pivot point

gcarter95, Thanks, I hope it is worth the trouble I have put in it.
toystory 4wd, Yes, a beast!
otaybay, some day you may have a 93hp kart.
Fowler, Ducks are there for our safety.
Devino246, Yes, a strange steering wheel. They are the controls from the motorcycle. Throttle on the right hand, clutch on the left ad all the electronics at my fingertips. Looks odd, but comfortable.
Dave1701, I agree, ducks are cool.
The machine, Yes, swingarm with chain. Let's hope it stays together.
BlackedoutX19, I think you should put some swans on yours. Tell me how much faster it goes.
Devino246, did I not mention that this is for a tractor pull?
