No the tiers are just a little bigger and have paddles. Also, I have an extra two baring in the middle with a three speed transmission that I machined

Hey guys I’m sorry for “hijaking” the thread but the red go cart with the torque converter is real it’s for a stem project I had to do and I got lots of evidence from here. How is it?

Hello guys, I have started a go kart project for a stem and wanted to carry it out the make a really nice go kart to rip around and just about any mineral. Upgrades I want to do is a new seat and a live axle. Also making an adjustable chain tensioner. What are some ideas that I could do for those upgrades. And what other upgrades are good to make it rip. Right now it goes 33 on pavement. Let me know if you need more pictures of the kart I would be more than happy to get some!!!

That thing is sweet and smooth. I wish the electric setups with the controller weren’t so pricey. A rear sp system would be nice for the terrain in Wyoming. How fast did it go and how much was the electric setup?

My kids were young...then
...&/so, I had it geared to "top out" on the mid 20's MPH

These motor/controller kits are available for ~$150.00 on Amazon & eBay

What is the tooth counts on both sprockets.
I bet now that you have a cvt you could lower the tooth count on the axle and gain speed.

Why did you cut the frame and weld in that piece?

I doubt that the bearing on your plate mounted jack shaft is going to last very long with the sprocket way out on the end like that. Not the way it is intended to be used.
