Manco super deuce rear brakes

I have a manco super Deuce and im looking for the brake return springs , I think mine are getting weak. If I push the brake down the right brake spring over extends and I have to manually push the brake rod back in to position. This is the spring i need probably a stronger one

Just go to the hardware store and get a stronger spring.

Minor issue, be glad. Don’t break the transaxle or you’re SOL.

Can get an assortment of springs nearly anywhere, make sure they’re extension springs. But the tendency in all of us is to want the factory part so it fits the application perfectly and has the appropriate spring force/tension and feel….

Otherwise “Manco 9829 extension spring” turned up nothing in a cursory search.
”Manco 8543 brake caliper - Carlisle” also nothing (as if it came in a kit with springs).
