I recently traded for a trailmaster 200xrx (bad trade on my part but it helped a kid out). It was blowing smoke like a chimney so I tried to replace the top end but while doing that I snapped the timing chain. I need help finding a replacement motor for it that isn't 1100 dollars. The way I see it I could just buy a new one for that cost. I am decently good with tools but I can't find a full rebuild kit for the motor if that is a possibility I might do that instead. The motor says Engine ID: 161 QMK / 161QMK
Thanks

I think I've found a timing chain but to put it back on I'm pretty sure I'll have to split the case and completely rebuilt the motor and I haven't found anything besides the top end for sale online

Pretty sure that is a GY6 engine; very common and has origins as a scooter engine. There's differences as to which type of GY6 is applicable, I believe there are different size blocks or cases, long case/short case or something.

Does it look anything like this?

$261.04 free shipping...

There is a lot of different gy6 motors my concern is if I don't get this exact model then other ones won't fit and it would be plug and play
