We dont need to be glorifying this.

That one dude buddy on the green bike was smoking him. Lol.
It just makes me so curious as to why I’m aloud to have a different discretion than you. I want someone on this forum to daydream a hypothetical!

Let’s pretend I’m a Pennsylvania state police officer.

Your kid has been pulled over on a mini bike by a police officer and this police officer has told your kid he is being detained and IS NOT FREE TO LEAVE. BUT!!!! I ALSO a Pennsylvania state police officer pull up to the seen IN THAT MOMENT and the only words out of my mouth to your kid is you are NOT DETAINED and you are FREE TO GO.

NOW THE REAL FUN BEGINS!!! The other officer starts screaming about how I am wrong and THEN states your kid is not FREE TO GO.. I AGAIN state he is FREE TO GO..

Your kid needs to lawyer up and shut his mouth right? How do the courts decide if I’m the cop who is right or he is the cop who is right? I’m sure the kid has a case if he is held after I tell him he is free?

Well if I was a cop and two brothers on mini bikes are riding having family oriented fun on a side street the only way that stops is if I decide to stop them and charge/impound the bikes or if they run and I chase them. :ROFLMAO: It‘s fun to think there in trouble so long as I decide. It really shows the situation Is not that serious.

Also if I ran the impound yard the kid gets a billet rod billet flywheel and mows enough lawns to go for the billet MOFLOW!!!!!!!! Then as in PA when the mini is taken from the kid and impounded for riding roads they don’t get them back.

I run the impound yard and I’m not scrapping a billet engine. So me unbolting the built 212cc from the frame and ONLY SCRAPPING THE FRAME and stealing the kids billet engine and work is actually a worse crime then the kid road riding.

But me committing the worse crime of course benefits me that sweet billet 212 cylinder head for free. Let the other employees fight over the lesser crap to steal.

A lot of heart pounding moments throughout this video :roflol:

That was NOT (2) brothers just having fun
...that WAS criminal behavior :(

Laws or chaos
...take your pick
...ya/we DON'T get the luxury of having both o_O

Adults think (& care) about others (Lets find somewhere to have some safe fun) :cheers2:

Children think (& care) about themselves (I JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN!!!)

If that cop didn't stop them (& at least tell them to take 'em home...if they actually complied with official orders)
...he would be in derelict of his sworn duty to uphold the laws of that jurisdiction
...& keep the streets safe
&
The kid who worked hard to buy "fancy motor/parts"
...should work just as hard to cherish & protect his investment
&
IF he (or she) doesn't...
...it's called FAFO
