Help Getting GX140 Running

Whats up guys, new member here thats struggling to get my kart running.

Engine is a Honda GX140

After market parts installed

Mikuni vm22 (120 Main Jet and 36 Pilot Jet)
Bilet Flywheel that advances timing 32 TDC
22LB Valve Springs
Completely Removed Governer
Straight Pipe Exhaust
Everything else is OEM

So here's the issue. Kart will start but it blows white smoke out of exhaust and if I press the throttle it bogs down and if I keep pressing throttle it will shut off completely.

How old is the engine? Might have bad rings or head gasket. Have you changed the oil recently? Not common, but maybe overfilled the oil.

Shoot i've had this engine over 7 years and yes I changed the oil. Was overfilled before changinng

Engine ran perfect before i changed the flywheel and valve springs and removed governor

What carb did it have before the most recent one. Can you put it back on to try.
Bogging and blowing smoke could be super rich.
What jets were in it before?

Also pop open the valve cover and check your lash adjustments again.

Same exact carb. Never had the OEM carb for the engine. Same jets

biggest change was flywheel, valves, and gov delete

checked valve lash and it’s .002 on exhaust and intake

Wasn’t wet when pulled. I mean just a little residual but not like actually wet

Should be dry as a popcorn fart.

Double check your carb.
Stuck float.
Float level might be high.
Do you have other jets to try?
Im not one who knows off my head what jets work best. Its all based on altitude and individual engine wants.

Wasn't straight dry

but Doesn't seem to have any leaks. I still took it back off though and am remounting it.

Float stick on a brand new carb would be crazy and that would cause the carb to flood out
I'm in TN so we're at sea level

It might be a jetting issue. I posted on other forums and some are saying my jets are too big for a 140cc engine

Its slow here on Sunday nights. One of the other guys will chime in with some jetting suggestions.
If you have some jets drop like 3 or 5 sizes and try again.
Start with the idle and the do the main. Its a pain but well worth it.

Spark plug gap looks massive, at least to me, and it does look wet especially in the threads. That's no help. WTR already said all the pertinent stuff.

I doubt that. Florida is like sea level, TN is up there...unless you're in quite a hole. Just sayin'

TN like 300FT above sea level. That’s not much

and gap is .070
