ok so I got a https://www.ombwarehouse.com/perfor...orque-converter-kit-for-ct200u-ex-bt200x.html for my cloeman ct200u and I'm thinking there's not enough fule going to it was curious if y'all thought the same

Does the factory choke still exist? These newfangled engines are designed to run super lean and it may not start EVER without a choke. Maybe it's the nature of newer carburetors regardless of the new jet.

Did the bike run before you added the Stage 1 kit? Don't laugh, you'd be surprised how many buy a minibike brand new, never run it and make haste to add a super duper Stage 1.

Is the kill switch on/activated or faulty? Could be a simple no spark issue.

Will it fire up on a squirt of starting fluid?

Is the spark plug wet after several attempts at starting it?

Did you put a new carb on it? It looks like that kit came with one. Is it the same as the stock one?

Did all the linkage get put back on correctly?

I would assume it was shipped to be close to "running" settings, but any carb will need tweaking to work for your setup.

Are you getting gas in the cylinder?
Is the plug getting wet?

Did you put the plastic gizmo ( sorry, I forgot what it's called ) that goes between the head and the carburater back on? With the stock style carburetor they will not run without it. Also very easy to get the paper gasket oriented wrong. The holes and little voids have to be in the right place. Also with the fuel valve open, pull the drain plug ( it's the one on the fuel bowl that sits on an angle ) and gas should freely run out of it.

Hurry up and fix it, this very simple engine is kicking your butt! Don't let it win. 😁

4-Cycles of operation:
1. Suck
2. Squeeze
3. Bang
4. Blow

4 Things you need:
A. Air
B. Fuel
C. Compression
D. Spark
*All at the proper timing

EDIT: fixed it with some explanation. Got to keep the kiddies pure minded.
