Two weeks ago I was in the hospital didn’t know why. Finally after asking the nurses for two days. One nurse handed me a phone, said hello , it was my neighbor, he asked if I remembered what happened (no reculation still) he said go lark accident and the position of the go kart where they found me.
Lucky to be alive. Unconscious for four days massive head trama broke jaw to staples in my scalp eye nose and ear are hurt. Broke my femur and shattered my knee cap.
This occurred approximately two weeks ago.
can walk with a limp very short distances less than thirty yards. Leg will hurt unless I keep it elevated above my heart. Mentally hard to follow people in conversation. Eye hand coordination and cognitive response challenging at times. Hearing not well. Due to the swelling my ear canals are closed. The worst thing is the mental illness, that was present before, but mutch more pronounced. Example anxiety before 1 to 10 being fight or flight stage, once two or three mints, then away with in ten minutes. Now every day at least four to six hours a day at a ten. No meds. In the hospital they would give me some low dose anti anxiety medication. Helped for about thirty minutes then right back up. Told the doctor this was occurring and that my anxiety was bad and medication wasn’t working. He named the medication he had gave me. Then I said I need to be sadiated. Got a funny look. Then I said i need haldaul, or thorwrozien. Where I am trying to sit upright, fighting to stay awake with my tongue hanging out of the side of my mouth drulling everywhere. No response from him or change in meds. Anxiety level would reach flight or flight levels the next day, check my self out the first time. No phone the hospital will not call for me a ride and was escorted off the property with money to pay for a cab, Uber, or something. Ok a shuttle bus stoped and gave me a ride as far as he could. Then was able to get a ride from a stranger to my house ten miles away.
Day two after being home not thinking clearly shortness of breath hard to see up close in pain. Not much thought process beyond that except simple reasoning. Made it to the garage finished putting together kart 2 opened the big door . Made it 100yrds down my street then back. 5 minutes later didn’t make it but 20 yards but still in my driveway chain off tourqe conveyer and sprocket. Chain jammed wasn’t going anywhere. Tried to take the driven nut off no go. So I left the kart just off the side of the driveway. The next day I had an eviction notice on my door. Still can not process how that caused me to be big bad evil Jason.
Live in an rv that is parked in the drive way. Rent 120 a week all bills paid on time 90% of the time after four years. Just under 3 acres many trees a 2400 square ft.house on sticks mother daughter only. House built in 70. Three years the only money they had to pay out for anything on the property or upkeep on the house was for an ac gye and an elvetor tech. Repairs after a hurricane or debris removal I did all of that. Voluntary. All they had to do was ask if I had not said something to them about it. No problem beautiful property in Dickinson secluded woods on three sides my door is about a hundred yards from Dickinson bayou.
Now two weeks later in my rv no car keys or phone walking forget a lot of that leg pain no meds or decrease in severity of symptoms. Said hay can I have my car keys back. Was aware she had them and the reason why. No problem had no business driving then. No response same thing the next time but walked away while I was talking to her. My car blue title in my name and bill of sale. Walked down stairs and yelled my car not fair to put an eviction notice on my doors cease all communication, no keys to my car or access to the thousands of dollars worth of tools in the garage. Lost my phone in the go kart accident. Would not answer the door after several times. Ok set in my car ten minutes later she comes out of the house hear comes the middle son John in his truck up the driveway then told me what a piece of crap I was. And that if I leave in my car whatever stuff was still there wouldn’t be mine anymore including my rv. What mind you I do remodeling a lot of work for him the other two sons and refurals from them. For over five years to the point that if John or his wife cristy couldn’t make it in time to pick up their kids from school and bring them back home to where I was working. No problems or very little complaints on anything from anyone. The daughter started to say something about holding onto my property. Told her that was illegal she said small claims. Said ok the sheriffs department will be with me if that happens. And what did I do to you people that was so bad to be treated this way checked my self out of the hospital twice and road my go kart once. Really cared for these people. And they helped me out some and was fair the entire time family dinners Christmas and thanks giving the family occasions. Thought I was a good family friend. My mouth was hanging open half way in disbelief and a pit in my stomach. Waved on my way out to day and back home no problems yet. Don’t want to stay here can’t stand to be inside my rv since the eviction notice most of the time. Not able to do much with a broken femur. My life will never be the same. Old friends are still there I am someone else.
