I got sucked in at Harbour Freight with the $130 motors which ended up as a black hole and a downward spiral. Thinking I might be catching the bug. I’m here to talk to the experts about aspects of my first build. Thanks.

$100 predators certainly were the good old not so long ago days. Bought one on a parking lot or digital coupon sale about 2 or 3 months ago for $129.99. Doubt that we will ever see them any cheaper than that again. Hope so, but ain't holding my breath.

Um...that's kinda what I thought about fuel prices

IIRC ~2016 diesel fuel was ~$4.00 per gal. :ack2:
...but, ~2019, (~3 years later) I was only paying ~2.00 per gal, to put diesel fuel in my truck :wai:
...& now, (~3 years later) were already up to ~$3.50 per gal :mad2:

Vote!
...it does make a difference :cheers2:

I got my predator for $99.99 on a spring sale. It still exists but they are few and far between.

Functional Artist, you need to come out to Communist Chin ahh California, where we are paying $5.35 a gallon for the CHEAP stuff. 87 octane. And most of the sheepel that live here are content because this time last year it was
$6.35 a gallon. Can't tell you exactly what diesel is going for as I don't own one, but I 'm sure it's a REAL BARGIN. Count your blessings.

Diesel is over $4.00 a gallon most of the time here… I don’t have a diesel but I keep up with prices.

I sense some synchronicity in the two topics of the price of Predators and the price of diesel. Do you feel the force?
Yup, If Diesel fuel costs more
...then, it costs more ta ship them Predators (or whatever)
...& so, them extra costs get passed on to the consumer :ack2:
...& now, everything costs more :mad2:

Gas has been expensive but I’ve been on a lottery ticket streak from the same gas station since late June. I swear walk into that store put $10 into the ticket machine win $20 and instead of cashing it out tell them to put it on the pump. Even the cashier has become a bit suspicious as to why there is so many $20 winners in his machine... I won 20$ three times in a row.. thought I was $30 ahead on three $10 tickets. walked in and bought one more. won $200 and they didn’t have the money in the register to cash it.83B2BE70-E12E-420A-8C39-A9155EB73634.jpeg
