So I have just removed all but one tires off of my kart in order to clean the axle. The back right tire for some reason will not come off. We have tried to use PB Blaster for the last three days and whacking it with a hammer, but nothing has moved at all! We even tried to torch it, but nothing has budged. The key inside of the hub seems to be every so slightly not flat and parallel with the axle so could that key be the problem? I just need some suggestions on how to get this wheel out please.

I had the same issue when I was replacing everything on my axle. The wheel was stuck from the amount of rust due to it being in the rust belt of Washington for a great portion of its life. I ended up using a hydraulic press from harbor freight to remove the wheel from the axle

I completely removed the axle, and out the wheel on the press stand, and pressed the axle out of it.
